Preparation:
1: Put 2 teaspoons of coffee for each cup in your coffee pot, add sugar if desired and add 1 cup of cold water for each cup.
2: Stir well and heat over low heat until just boiling. Remove from heat before boiling and pour the foam into cups.
3: Keep the remaining coffee in the coffee pot on the fire for a little longer and serve it into cups at the boiling point.
