- Cezvenize her bir fincan için 2 çay kaşığı kahve koyun, istenirse şeker ekleyin ve her fincan için 1 fincan soğuk su ekleyin.
- İyice karıştırarak kısık ateşte kaynama derecesine kadar ısıtın. Kaynamadan önce ateşten alıp köpüğü fincanlara pay edin.
- Cezvede kalan kahveyi bir miktar daha ateşte tutun ve kaynama noktasında fincanlara servis edin.
