Bu birinci sınıf özel kahve, hafif-orta kavrulmuş ve dünyanın en lezzetli kahvelerinin yetiştiği yüksek yaylalardan toplanan Arabica ve Robusta çekirdeklerden harmanlanmıştır. İçeriğinde ki çekirdekler Orta Amerika ve Papua Yeni Gine orijinlidir.
Ağızda ferah bir tat bırakan, yüksek asiditeli yumuşak ve tatlı bir içime sahiptir.
