We offer free shipping for orders over 2500 TL! For orders under 2500 TL, there is only a 150 TL shipping fee.

What are your shipping times?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are generally delivered to the courier company the same day, while orders placed after this time are delivered the following day. Due to the high circulation of some products and their occasional out-of-stock availability, our maximum shipping time is 3 days. On average, orders are shipped within 24 hours.

What are your shipping areas?

We can send your products to any point within the borders of Türkiye where cargo companies deliver.

How can I return the product I purchased from your online store?

Distance Sales Regulation Under Article 15, it is not possible to return food products and/or exercise the right of withdrawal for hygienic reasons. The processes related to returns and the right of withdrawal are explained in the distance selling contract and membership agreement.
